GRV Branded Polo Offer FAQs

Do I have to wear the GRV polo?

No, the GRV polo is not mandatory. To ensure minimum dress standards are practical, simple, affordable, and able to accommodate the personal circumstances of all participants, including interstate trainers, the updated Dress Standard allows options such as plain navy-blue tops or long sleeves.

How do I know what size to order?

If unsure, review the sizing information provided which includes polo measurements in centimetres (cm). Lay flat a well-fitting top that you already own and then measure. Find the corresponding polo size according to the size chart provided and if in-between sizes, order the size up.

Can I swap a polo that is the wrong size?

Yes, provided all tags are attached and the polo is clean and unworn, simply return it to the Club you collected it from. The Club will let GRV know an exchange is required and the correct size to be sent out.

When will polos be available for collection?

Once the order period closes on 13 March 2023 it will take a few weeks for polo orders to be processed and delivered to Clubs, but it is expected that all polo orders will be available for collection by the end of March. Updates on deliveries to Clubs and collection processes will be posted here.

Can I get someone else to collect my polo?

Yes, when you order, you can authorise another person to sign for and collect your order on your behalf. Only authorised people may collect polo orders.

What if I can’t get to the Club to collect my polo by Anzac Day?

As the GRV polo is not mandatory, you will be able to wear a plain navy polo or navy Club polo once the Dress Standard comes into effect on Wednesday 26 April 2023. Please note that Clubs will only hold onto unclaimed polo orders until the end of May 2023, after which time they will be returned to GRV.

Can I buy extra GRV polos?

During this offer period, no. GRV’s main priority is to ensure that all eligible participants have the opportunity to order and collect a polo before the updated Dress Standard is enforced from Wednesday 26 April 2023. Information as to when GRV polos may be purchased and their cost will be announced when available.
