GRV is providing this program free-of-charge for all participants – and their families – who wish to take advantage of psychological counselling services.

Access EAP (www.accesseap.com.au) is the independent professional counselling service providing Greyhound Participant Support services to Victorian participants and their families. All Access EAP counsellors are members of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), and have a minimum of 5 years post-graduate supervised clinical experience, ensuring high quality assistance with issues including:
- Physical and mental wellbeing
- Interpersonal conflicts
- Depression and anxiety
- Grief and loss
- Financial and legal concerns
Phone support is available 24/7 and in-person counselling can also be organised.
